JF573 || Per-mineralized ammonite half (Med-Large-sized) with small geodes

Agate and quartz has fossilized this shell while buried in Madagascar only to be revealed millions of years later.

The outside has been partially removed at the grinding wheel, and reveals golden flowering but also maintains external opalized casing. The pendant lets even slight light pass through as it is extremely translucent.

Pendant is strung on 2mm Italian leather round cord with sliding knots for adjustable length.
