Return Policy

Returns are at my discretion and generally only made for emergence of a flaw in material or craftsmanship not expectation or change of heart.

I make every piece by hand so I encourage potential customers to contact me with any questions they may have about their potential purchase: Size, finish, other options like necklace length, material durability and care PRIOR to purchase or shipment. I respond promptly.

Most of the jewelry that I offer for sale is from natural products that have occlusions or imperfections (feathers, stone, shell). So please inspect photography, ask questions and know the care routine for your new treasure.

Once shipped, the responsibility of/for the product is with USPS or other currier.

Once the delivery is recorded by the courier, we consider it 'received by the customer', they have 5 days to contact us with any questions or concerns for a return to be considered for return

A return without prior-authorization or communication will be rejected and NOT refunded. So please do not order something and then just return it.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

If there is a material flaw, I will replace, refund, and cover return shipping etc pending my discretion.
